To make players comfortable in all 1v1 moments both in and out of possession. Sessions are designed to enhance the players ability and tool kit to out play and dominate their opponent.

The ability to use others efficiently and quickly to both enter and exit key duel moments.

Physical Dominance

Sessions will be designed to stretch players physically. Both aerobically and anaerobically players will develop their ability to perform at their maximum for longer. In addition to this players will enhance their ability to to take contact and manage the duel becoming more robust and resilient.  

The Art of Deception

The art of deception and disguise is a crucial skill in football because it allows players to outsmart their opponents, create space, and gain a competitive advantage on the pitch. Duel Tec session will provide repeated moments where players can practice these moments in the heat of the duel.
